✿ Backstory ✿

Born and raised in a small Keeper tribe just outside of Gridania, Luna has always been fond of nature, more specifically plants and the greenery that the Shroud has to offer. Whenever she was young, Luna’s mother taught her how to hunt, thus as she got older, she became more skilled at using a bow. Luna also gained her botany knowledge from her mother, later deciding to do some work with the Botany Guild in Gridania for extra gil whenever she came of age.Luna was fortunate enough to live the life that she did. Her mother provided her and her brother Jasper a loving home as they grew up, making sure all of their needs were taken care of. When Luna was 12, her father was killed by a group of poachers. While the loss of her father saddened her, she was never close to him, given the nature of Keeper men. Because of this, her father was never really around all too much, and his death did not impact her in a negative way for very long.During a trip to Ul’dah, Luna came across a miqo’te that caught her eye who belonged to one of the Seeker tribes located in Thanalan. The two hit it off, and a year later wound up getting married. Luna moved to Ul’dah to be with him, leaving her beloved forest behind.However, their marriage was short lived. Only two years later, Luna found herself packing what belongings she could, leaving her husband asleep in their apartment one night, never to return to him again. She made the trip back to Gridania, residing in one of the inn rooms as she tried to build herself up financially.After about a year of struggling with money, Luna decided she was going to start offering escort services, thus how she found her current side job at Ebony Rose. While working at Ebony, she was able to meet the individuals that worked there, meshing with them well and becoming friends with all of them, or so she feels as if they're her friends.As Luna slowly made more friends, she began to find herself daring to get out more, something that her ex-husband didn’t allow her to do. One day out of boredom, she stumbled upon a cafe, not realizing that she would fall in love with the place and those who worked there, which resulted her in meeting her best friend and girlfriend Azami, later on meeting the company she kept and befriending those within DICE, the Free Company led by Azami herself.Currently, Luna resides an estate within The Goblet with her girlfriend. Since she has a lot of time on her hands, she has taken an interest in creating flower arrangements, opening a business with it that she runs out of her chambers within the DICE company estate.
